Annual Sponsorship Levels

Benefits include:

- Concierge services with early access to purchase tickets for mutually agreed upon shows
- Invitation to sponsor-only events
- Early access to the Grand Lobby and Waterview Terrace prior to a show
- Company or Individual name/logo on digital billboard in lobby under sponsor level
- Invitation to a Season opening night celebration
Gold
Benefits include:

Series Sponsorship Levels
Available for businesses, individuals, and families
Show
Benefits Include:
- Two (2) tickets to the sponsored show, with the ability to purchase more if available.
- Prominent name and logo placement in press releases, print and radio ads, lobby signage, print collateral, email blasts, website, and social media posts.
- Name and logo on the cover of the Playbill for the show.
- Acknowledgment in pre-show announcements prior to the performance.
- Meet and greet with the artist (when available).
- Show poster signed by the artist (when available).
- Option to host a pre or post-show party in one of GLAZER HALL’s premium locations.
*Exclusivity: Sponsor acknowledges that there may be additional sponsors attached to their sponsored show.
It is agreed, however, that no sponsor in the same line of business will be attached to said show.
Presenting
Marketing Benefits:
- Below the title presenting sponsorship recognition (e.g., Jazz Series presented by The Smith Company).
- Invitation to the season opening night celebration.
- Two (2) tickets to each event in the series, with the ability to purchase more.
- Tickets to sponsor-only events throughout the season.
- Prominent name and logo placement on series-specific e-tickets, press releases, print and radio ads, lobby signage, brochures, and all social media.
- Name and logo on Playbill cover for each show in the series and option to include a full-page color ad.
- Early access to the Grand Lobby and Waterview Terrace.
- Acknowledgment in pre-show announcements during the series.
- Option to host a pre or post-show event.

- Tickets to sponsor-only events throughout the season.
Marketing Benefits:
- Prominent name and logo placement on series-specific e-tickets, press releases, print and radio ads, lobby signage, brochures, and all social media.
- Name and logo on Playbill cover for each show in the series and option to include a full-page
color ad. - Ability to display either a 30-second video or still image (provided by sponsor) on the digital lobby screens. (GLAZER HALL reserves the right to approve.)
- Early access to the Grand Lobby and Waterview Terrace prior to shows.
