Policy, Terms & Conditions

Section 1: Terms and Conditions

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, cancellations, or credits offered if you miss the performance for any reason. If a performance is postponed or canceled, GLAZER HALL will notify ticket holders of their options via email and through the website. GLAZER HALL cannot be held responsible for any costs or damages that may result from such postponement or cancellation. In accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 252 and Palm Beach County ordinances, official evacuation orders or emergency declarations issued by state, county, or municipal authorities will take precedence over all scheduled events. If an evacuation order or state of emergency is in effect, GLAZER HALL reserves the right to close the venue immediately and suspend or cancel any event without notice.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at the sole discretion of GLAZER HALL and its representatives. Valid tickets are ONLY sold through GLAZER HALL. NEVER buy tickets through a third-party vendor. Tickets obtained from sources other than GLAZER HALL may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by any ticket limitations put in place by GLAZER HALL. Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefits offered to tickets with a dollar value.

GLAZER HALL reserves the right to ask for a photo ID when Will Call tickets are picked up.
Ticket prices reflect the face value of the ticket, fees, and any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable, as they are not considered part of the ticket purchase. This also applies if a show is postponed or canceled, and refunds are offered. Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice. Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price. We may provide law enforcement with information you provide to us related to any transaction conducted with you to assist in any investigation or prosecution of you.

Tickets purchased from third party resellers cannot be serviced by our Box Office. Please reach out to your original point of sale. Should it come to the attention of GLAZER HALL that a ticket purchaser is a ticket broker, all current and future orders may be cancelled without notice or justification of action. GLAZER HALL reserves the right to deny admission to any person with a ticket obtained in violation of these terms.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Venue operators, employees, and volunteers are not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by patrons while attending the event. The ticket holder is responsible for adhering to all current health and safety protocols mandated by law and codes of conduct established and required by GLAZER HALL. If the ticket holder violates any law, ordinance, or venue regulation, they will be subject to ejection from the venue. Ejection and non-compliance with these terms does NOT constitute grounds for a refund. GLAZER HALL’s Code of Conduct/House Rules can be found online at www.glazerhall.org. Management reserves the right to refuse entrance and services to any patron. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

Photos, video, and audio taken at any performance by GLAZER HALL may be used for marketing purposes. By attending an event, you consent to your likeness being used, without compensation, in any media and marketing materials in perpetuity, and you release GLAZER HALL from any liability whatsoever in relation to the use of such media.

Your name, email, phone number, and address will be provided to the venue only. We never sell user information and will only share information with third-party presenters (i.e., presenters who have rented the venue) of specific events for which you purchase tickets.

Effective as of 10/1/25. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change periodically at the discretion of GLAZER HALL.
