GLAZER HALL is located in The Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, FL.

Complimentary valet service is offered directly in front of GLAZER HALL. Self-parking is also available within the plaza. Follow all posted signage.

Both Brightline and Tri-Rail stop at West Palm Beach Station, about 2 miles from GLAZER HALL. From there, use rideshare (Uber/Lyft) can be used at station pickup zones.

Members enjoy exclusive perks and pre‑sale access, although membership is not required to purchase tickets once available to the public.  Once ticket sales are announced, please visit us online at www.glazerhall.org or call the Box Office; the phone lines are open Monday – Friday 9:00am-6pm, Saturday 10:00am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm at (561) 576-7860.

GLAZER HALL will feature mobile tickets to be scanned at the entrance (please have your device ready with the brightness up), as well as Will-Call ticket pickup available during box office hours and at the door; please bring a photo ID. We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments.

GLAZER HALL policy prohibits refunds and exchanges on all tickets. All sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to GLAZER HALL as a tax-deductible contribution, provided they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours in advance of the performance. Tickets purchased from third‑party resellers cannot be serviced by our Box Office. Please reach out to your original point of sale.

GLAZER HALL performances proceed regardless of weather, however, in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 252 and Palm Beach County ordinances, official evacuation orders or emergency declarations issued by state, county, or municipal authorities will take precedence over all scheduled events. If a show is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via text and email with next steps. If you are unable to attend an event due to inclement weather and the show has not been canceled or rescheduled, you may donate your tickets to GLAZER HALL as a tax-deductible contribution prior to the performance.

You can purchase a gift certificate at www.glazerhall.org or by clicking HERE. Online orders require a valid email address for the purchaser’s account. Purchases can also be made by phone or at the Box Office.  Gift Certificates are valid for tickets, membership, and GLAZER HALL merchandise. Gift certificates never expire.

The lobby opens 30 minutes prior to posted show time for each event. Producer’s Circle, Director’s Circle, Artist’s Circle, Executive Director’s Council and President’s Circle Members enjoy early access to the Grand Lobby, Bar, and Waterview Terrace 60 minutes prior to posted show time for each event.

Once the show begins, late seating is at the discretion of House Management and is only allowed during appropriate breaks.

We provide an  ADA-compliant facility, including assistive listening devices (available on request). To request accommodations, select accessible seating during checkout or contact us directly at (561) 576-7860.

GLAZER HALL prioritizes guest safety with professionally trained security personnel at all entrances present at the venue. Prohibited items include all weapons, outside food or drink, professional audio/video equipment without prior approval, lasers, noise makers, confetti, projectiles, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, and other disruptive items. Allowed items include small clutches or clear bags. Backpacks and large opaque bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection by our trained security staff including, but not limited to, diaper and medical bags.

Speak to a staff member regarding lost items or contact us at (561) 576-7860 or contact@glazerhall.org. Lost items are held for 72 hours at GLAZER HALL before being transferred to The Royal Poinciana Plaza lost and found, located on the 2nd floor of the Slat House.

There is no formal dress code unless otherwise posted on a specific event page, however, shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Please, no bathing suits.

Please use discretion when bringing children to GLAZER HALL event. We encourage parents and guardians to seek additional information about any performance before purchasing tickets for younger children. Although GLAZER HALL is considered to be family friendly, many shows contain mature content, language or themes and will not be enjoyable or suitable. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children.

Adults must accompany children. All attendees, including children and infants, must have a ticket. Limited booster seats are available on a first come first serve basis, please ask an usher for assistance. A family bathroom with changing table is available in the lobby. Additional changing tables can be found in the main bathrooms.

Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during performances unless otherwise indicated by the artist. Please silence your devices. No professional photography without prior approval. No flash photography allowed.

GLAZER HALL and its grounds are smoke-free areas. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited.

Fire and safety codes require aisles to remain clear at all times. Dancing in aisles is universally prohibited. We ask all patrons to remain seated during a performance, unless otherwise directed or encouraged during the content of an event within your seated area. The House Manager reserves the right to enforce policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Please silence all electronic devices before the performance begins. Photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited, unless otherwise stated. Out of respect for all guests and those behind you, please remain seated (unless otherwise noted or encouraged within your seated area during the content of an event), refrain from the use of profanity and from talking during performances. Yes! We offer a full bar, including non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, available for purchase in our lobby. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

We welcome enthusiastic volunteers for ushering, greeting, and supporting events to join our team! Please visit our Volunteer page to sign up. Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Those under 18 will require a signed consent from a parent or guardian. We will provide complete training in safety, hospitality, and event service through a regularly available volunteer training session. You must complete the training sessions prior to volunteering for any GLAZER HALL event. We ask volunteers to commit to at least two events per month during our season.
