ABOUT SABRINA RUDIN: Sabrina Rudin (@springbysabrina) was living in Aspen as a snowboard instructor, she realized the town lacked a healthy café with organic, nourishing, and vegetarian options and set out to solve the problem herself. The menu was inspired by the vegetarian restaurants of her childhood, and by her mother who was a pioneer in the natural foods and juicing movement, having studied under Anne Wigmor and at the Kushi Institute. In addition to operating Spring Café Aspen, Sabrina shares her recipes, tips for healthy living and other musings on life, motherhood, and career with an engaged audience via social media.
Anastasia Ganias-Gellin was a thriving actress, appearing in iconic shows like Dexter, True Blood, Desperate Housewives and more. But when her father fell ill, Anastasia left Hollywood behind to return to New York to care for him and intentionally build her family. During that time – and after her father passed – Anastasia turned to cooking, her Greek-American family’s love language, to heal.
