Adults 55+ can experience a fun, uplifting Afro Cuban-inspired dance class inspired to get your body moving with BODYTRAFFIC. A unique opportunity to work up close and personal with world renowned dancers right on the stage of GLAZER HALL.  Explore movement fundamentals that improve balance, coordination, and rhythm, and benefit both physical and mental wellbeing! No prior dance experience needed!  This class is available to GLAZER HALL members ONLY and will take place the day before the show.  You do not need a ticket for BodyTraffic show to attend the class.
