Palm Beach Applauds: Community Voices Celebrate Glazer Hall’s Arrival

GLAZER HALL is set to make its grand debut in late 2025, and anticipation is building across Palm Beach’s cultural and philanthropic circles. Once the site of the legendary Royal Poinciana Playhouse, this cherished landmark has been reimagined for a vibrant new chapter. Now home to a 400-seat, state-of-the-art theater open year-round, GLAZER HALL is designed to foster creativity, connection, and community—offering a transformative space where the performing arts can thrive in all their forms. GLAZER HALL is open year-round and while memberships come with added benefits, all are welcome to purchase tickets to enjoy arts and cultural experiences at their finest.

The response from the community has been nothing short of inspiring:

“We are going to have a magnificent building, which will be such a draw because it’s not going to just be for theater…it’s going to be for dance, it’s going to be for art, for charitable functions, and for cultural and educational lectures. This will be such a draw for Palm Beach!”

–       Rene Silvin, Immediate Past President, Palm Beach Landmarks Preservation Commission

“I can’t wait to see this evolve into a modern-day Royal Poinciana Theater.”

–       Rena Blades, GLAZER HALL Board Member

“I’m looking forward to concerts, theater, movies, the different stores that are going to be there and the restaurant…it’ll be a place where people can gather and be together.”

–       Nelo Freijomel, Project Architect, Spina O’Rourke + Partners, Architecture Interior Design

“This is the return of an iconic part of Palm Beach, and I am sure not alone in looking forward to GLAZER HALL’s opening.”

“I’m so excited about the new changes coming to the Playhouse and to see it come back to life. It’s a wonderful gift to us all.”

“This community has wanted a theater and a performing arts place for all these years. And to see it come back to life in large part because of the Glazers’ vision and their support is very exciting for everyone who lives here.”
